Delivery and returns policy


We currently only deliver to UK addresses. This may change in the future. We aim to deliver orders within 7 business days. All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail and are tracked, which means that you will receive a tracking number by email or text.

If your parcel is damaged in transit or lost, please get in touch and we will follow up with Royal Mail and, where applicable, arrange a suitable replacement. Replacements will be offered upon presentation of clear photographic proof of in-transit breakage or where Royal Mail have been unable to trace the lost item(s). Replacements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the objects.


Returns are only accepted in the highly unlikely event that we shipped the incorrect item(s). In such an event, please get in touch as soon as possible. Please use the original packaging, or equivalent, to ensure safe and secure return of the incorrect item(s) via a tracked postal/courier service, informing us of the tracking number.

Upon receipt of the incorrect item(s), we will arrange for the correct item(s) to be dispatched as soon as possible and for your postage costs to be reimbursed in the most convenient way.

We currently only deliver to addresses in the UK. Postage is included in the product price.
